A fitness orientation is a 30-minute session designed to answer fitness related questions, for example-
- Learn to gauge the intensity of your aerobic workouts for optimal performance.
- Learn proper use of equipment - treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, stair steppers.
- Learn proper stretches for tight muscles. Discuss different ideas for an exercise routine.
Fitness orientations are not personal training sessions; therefore you will not get a workout from the session or baseline measurements. It is designed as a teaching and informational tool.
